2. Lavery's decision is final.
3. The winner will be required to take part in photography.
4. Only N.Ireland based residents may apply.
5. Competition may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Lavery's holds the right to withdraw any competition entry without explanation
7. If competition prize is not claimed within one week then a redraw will be done.
8. Cash value will not be given as an equivalent.
9. If the prize is tickets to an event and it is cancelled no alternative will be offered.
